"I think we have achieved most of what we wanted: we have possibilities of verifying the agreement at different stages. First we have the Europol request, then we have the regular monitoring by the SWIFT scrutinisers; we have a European person monitoring the scrutinisers and in addition we have a review team with the representatives for data
protection Authorities and extra person with judicial background as well. So I think this lays the solid ground for us to finalise the agreement in the coming days."
