Trade secrets: ‘No negative side effects on journalists and whistleblowers’, says Parliament spokesperson

On Thursday 28 January, the JURI Committee members will cast their confirmation votes on new rules to help businesses obtain legal redress against the theft or misuse of their trade secrets.
