Following the deal struck by European Union leaders on the long-term budget on February 8, Rose O’Donovan (Editor of AGRA FACTS), met the Chair of the European Parliament Agriculture Committee, Paolo De Castro MEP (S&D), to discuss the consequences of the budget accord vis-à-vis Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) reform talks.
