Topics on the agenda of the EU heads of state and government:

  • EU-Russia relations are “at a critical juncture again, but a lot will depend on what will happen during the Minsk summit” on 11 February
  • Anti-terrorism measures with a special focus on the EU Passenger Name Record: after Paris “the heads of state and government will underline the need for better cooperation when it comes to information exchange“.

The next European Council will be held in Brussels on 19 and 20 March 2015.
