Jennifer Baker presents EU Tweets of the Week, looking at the good, the bad and the ugly in the European Union Twittersphere this week:
- Most debated: Last Wednesday, EU trade Commissioner Malmström unveiled ‘Trade for All, a new trade and investment strategy.
- The Good: The Parliament and the Council have approved the Commission’s revised and increased 2015 EU Budget to help better tackle the refugee crisis.
- The Bad: The EU’s border agency, FRONTEX, has been miscounting the numbers of migrants, misleading media and institutions.
- The Ugly: Did he or did he not say it? Juncker mumbling at the worst possible moment, while trying to persuade the UK to stay in the EU.
